Beginnings:

The Company was started in 2005 when two construction professionals decided to form their own company.  One was a formally trained engineer with Native-American roots and the other, a military veteran with Mexican-American heritage, a less traditional education and a family history of entrepreneurship.  Their goal was to ensure 'first time quality of work" that exceeded their client's prior construction expectations.  Under their leadership, the company grew rapidly into a multi-divisional organization with site construction as their emphasis but with development, transport, mining and woodworking as adjunct services.

Changes:

2008 brought the country's economic and construction decline with devastating results to Paragon as with everyone else.  The company divested itself of all facets other than construction site work, sold many holdings and shrunk to a tiny nucleus of core personnel.  While difficult, this forced us into higher efficiency, a leaner, more competent work force and enhanced our overall business acumen.  It also required us to look for projects outside of our comfort zone and opened many doors that had previously been ignored.

Today:

Paragon has emerged stronger than ever with work ties to Homeland Security and Federal Military Installations along with a body of conventional, development contracts.  The company has exceeded its former work-force strength with growth fueled by our strong reputation coupled with our desire to fully satisfy our clients.  We have moved into new Corporate Headquarters which allows integration of the latest technology to successfully execute our work and manage our growth.

Future:

Paragon's growth continues as it expands from a Southeastern US company into one with national reach.  Ownership is committed to maintaining their core principles with this expansion as they recognize that they are only as good as their most recent project.  This hard forged, company culture of first time quality results in our pursuit of providing a client experience that exceeds your expectations and ensures our mutual, continued success.
